  • Day 1Arrive in SvolværFly in via Bodø. Bike fitting and a short evening ride along the harbour.
  • Day 2Svolvær to HenningsværCoastal road and bridges to the fishing village built across small islands. About 35 km.
  • Day 3Henningsvær to BallstadAcross Gimsøy past white-sand beaches and farmland. About 60 km.
  • Day 4Ballstad to ReineDetour to the old fishing village of Nusfjord, then on to Reine. About 55 km.
  • Day 5Hiking day in ReineGuided hike for the view over Reinefjord. Optional sea swim or sauna.
  • Day 6Reine to Å and backThe end of the road at Å. Short ride with time in the village. About 25 km. Farewell dinner.
  • Day 7DepartFerry from Moskenes to Bodø, or transfer to Leknes airport.
