Our model is simple: you focus on teaching, we focus on everything that makes the trip run smoothly. Terms are agreed with each host before launch.

Good to know
Do my guests need to be strong swimmers?
No. We match the water programme to your group, from first snorkel sessions in calm lagoons to longer coached swims. Everyone completes a short water confidence check on day one.
How many people do I need?
Most retreats run with 8–16 guests. We agree a minimum group size with you before launch, so you know exactly when the retreat is confirmed.
Where can retreats run?
We start in the Maldives, home of the Kineo Blue Academy, and can build land-and-water retreats in other Kineo destinations as the programme grows.
How do host earnings work?
Hosts receive a fee or commission per guest, agreed in writing before launch. We will share a simple proposal once we understand your community and plans.
Who is responsible for safety?
Kineo runs all water activities with qualified coaches, escorts and safety boats. You lead the land sessions you are qualified to teach. We ask hosts to hold their own professional teaching insurance.
